The BothAnd Project is offering telephone orientations for persons who need to advocate their cause in the media as well as engage in conversations with others who see things differently. Specific skills for talking on talk radio are practiced using the BothAnd approach.

The seminars are conducted by Joshua Weiss, Associate Director of the Global Negotiation Project at Harvard University, along with a radio professional from the Mainstream Media Project. Seminars are conducted over the telephone with all participants having a chance to practice.

The skills covered in this interactive seminar help spokespersons focus on the problem and reach out to stakeholders from across the political and community spectrum in seeking solutions.  Participants will participate in a mock radio interview on the issues that are most important to them. The framework and skills you’ll learn in this orientation are applicable to most circumstances you’ll find in your life.
